<h3>Accessing Webmail</h3>
<p>Roundcube is a web-based email client included with your DirectAdmin hosting account. It allows you to read, compose, and manage your email directly from any web browser without installing an email client.</p>
<h3>How to Access Roundcube Webmail</h3>
<p>You can access webmail using any of these URLs:</p>
<ul>
<li><code>https://yourdomain.com/webmail</code></li>
<li><code>https://yourdomain.com:2222</code> (then click the Webmail link)</li>
<li><code>https://your-server-ip:2222/webmail</code></li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Navigate to one of the webmail URLs above.</li>
<li>Enter your full email address as the username.</li>
<li>Enter your email account password.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Login</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Roundcube Interface Overview</h3>
<p>The Roundcube interface includes the following main areas:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Inbox</strong> - Your incoming messages. Unread messages are shown in bold.</li>
<li><strong>Compose</strong> - Create a new email message with support for rich text formatting and attachments.</li>
<li><strong>Sent</strong> - Messages you have sent.</li>
<li><strong>Drafts</strong> - Messages you have saved but not yet sent.</li>
<li><strong>Trash</strong> - Deleted messages (automatically purged after a configured period).</li>
<li><strong>Junk/Spam</strong> - Messages flagged as spam by the server's spam filter.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Common Tasks in Roundcube</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Compose Email</strong> - Click the <strong>Compose</strong> button. Enter the recipient's address, subject, and message body. Click <strong>Send</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Add Attachments</strong> - While composing, click the <strong>Attach</strong> button or the paperclip icon to upload files.</li>
<li><strong>Create Folders</strong> - Right-click in the folder list and select <strong>New Folder</strong> to organize your email.</li>
<li><strong>Search Email</strong> - Use the search bar at the top of the message list to find specific emails by sender, subject, or content.</li>
<li><strong>Manage Contacts</strong> - Click the <strong>Contacts</strong> icon to add, edit, and organize your address book.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Email Signature</h3>
<ol>
<li>Click <strong>Settings</strong> in the top-right area.</li>
<li>Go to <strong>Identities</strong>.</li>
<li>Click on your email address.</li>
<li>Enter your signature text in the <strong>Signature</strong> field.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Save</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<div class="alert alert-info">Roundcube supports HTML signatures. Toggle the editor to HTML mode if you want to include formatted text, images, or links in your signature.</div>
