By accessing or using UniTotal Communications services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and UniTotal Communications Inc. ("UniTotal," "we," "us," or "our").
UniTotal provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications services, including but not limited to:
Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives.
Billing: Services are billed according to your selected plan (prepaid or postpaid). Prepaid accounts must maintain a positive balance to continue service.
Rates: Current rates are published on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Usage is rounded up to the next billing increment (typically 6 seconds for voice calls).
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or regulatory charges, which will be added to your bill.
Refunds: Monthly fees are non-refundable. Unused prepaid balance may be refunded within 30 days of account closure, minus any applicable fees.

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to Services and any stored data. DIDs will be released unless ported to another provider.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITOTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Emergency Services: VoIP services may not support 911/E911 emergency calling or may not function during power outages or internet disruptions. You should maintain alternative means of reaching emergency services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
